The terms that apply when you use our site and place an order.
Last updated: September 1, 2026
By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can happen. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or decline an order.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error). You'll receive a confirmation once order is accepted. [Describe accepted payment methods once payment system is live.]
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on delivery address. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
[Fill in actual returns/refunds policy here — e.g. the return window, condition requirements, and how a customer should start a return. For medical devices/disposables, also confirm which items can't be returned once opened or used, for hygiene/safety reasons. Until this is filled in, contact customers individually for return requests.]
You're responsible for keeping account login details confidential and for all activity under account. Please provide accurate shipping and contact information so we can fulfill order correctly.
All content on this site — including text, images, and logos — belongs to U Than Ohn & Sons Co., Ltd. or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, U Than Ohn & Sons Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the products purchased through it.
[Confirm with a lawyer which jurisdiction's law should govern these terms — likely Myanmar, given the business is based in Yangon.]
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
